Dr. Ashok is the Director of BCTI. He is also one of the Trainers in the English trainings and provides counseling too.

He has completed M.Th. in Pastoral Care and Counseling from SAIACS, Bengaluru. He joined BCTI in 2014 as a trainer and counselor. and helps people struggling with family issues, depression, and addiction. He is also ministering as an assistant pastor and leading Sunday School in a local church. He is married to Stina, and blessed with a child, Michael.

Nissy is a B.A./ B.Th. graduate from NTC and pursuing MSW. She joined BCTI in 2018 and has been serving as a Trainer/ Counselor. She is married to Renith and lives in Navi Mumbai with her family. Her desire to help people and walk alongside them in their struggles motivated her to pursue counseling. Apart from working with BCTI, she assists her husband in several areas of ministry.

Shereen has been associated with BCTI since 2015 and also works regular hours as a microbiologist at CMC Ludhiana. She loves to help people draw closer to God and see them fulfil their full potential.

He helps manage the CCEF partnership program and also serves as a part-time counsellor. He is also one of our online instructors for the BCTI-CCEF partnership courses. He and his wife, Naro make their home in Manipur and serve among the youth.
